The launcher will log its actions into a log file that can be used by CCP Customer Support to assist with resolving problems relating to the launcher. Those log files can be found as follows:
On Windows:
For the launcher, press Windows key + R and copy and paste the following into the run window and press enter:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\launcher
On MacOS:
For the launcher open the finder and press (CMD + Shift + G) or click on (View) and then (Go To Folder) and copy and paste the following and press enter:
~/Library/Application Support/CCP/EVE/Launcher
The folder contains 5 log files and a JSON file. The JSON file is not needed for costumer support.
